What is EZON

EZ Online Nutrition provides access to dietary meal plans designed for you or your business by our registered dietitians, nutrition specialists and contributing doctors.

Why EZON?

Because it’s easy - EZON does the work for you – all you have to do is follow the meal plan and buy the foods on the list. How do we know what you need to eat? You tell us all about YOU and EZON takes your personal data and finds the eating plan that best suits your needs. What you DON’T have to do is: pay a nutritionist or personal trainer to tell you what to eat. You DON’T have to count points or calories, or try and figure out what the right foods are for you personal needs. You DON’T have to read labels and calculate fat and protein content. All you do is use the app on your phone or computer and watch as you reach your personal goals.

Step up your goals with Apple Health integration! With step and calorie counting with Apple Health you can now stay on track with up to date daily activity syncing. To enable automatic syncing with Apple Health, login to your profile, go to Settings and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync.”

How it works: Once you login to EZON app you can access your daily meal plan and health grocery list as recommended by our nutrition experts. You will have access to tools such as a food and activity journal to track your daily amount of calories consumed, and track calories burned during activities, then compare those numbers with what has been established by your EZON profile. EZONs cloud account also allows logging online via a web based portal. Regardless if you log on your phone or the cloud account, all data is syncd up and down. This logged information can then be viewed and monitored by outside parties or your choice such as your doctor, a nutrition counselor or fitness expert for better coaching and compliance to your personal plan.
